A rare and eccentric gin, produced in 350 bottles. Only 7 botanicals with a queen: Chamomile Vulgaris, harvested by hand, near a centenary cherry tree which gave it sweetness and aromas, to create a distillate as simple as it is unique. The scent is sweet, with accentuated notes of chamomile and hints of juniper and herbs. The color is golden yellow, given by the cold infusion of the flowers. The taste is strong, but delicate. The persistent flavour, initially sweet and then more savory, with a soft and round finish. Contents 700ml
