WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO? WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

We deliver all Opificio Fred products across Italy and Europe. The courier tends to carry out deliveries within 2-4 working days of the product availability confirmation. All orders are carried out between Monday and Friday, excluding bank holidays. Opificio Fred S.r.l. is not responsible for any delays in delivery once the courier has received the order.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery costs: Italy: free shipping for orders from our online shop with a total of more than €50.00 Europe: free shipping for orders from our online shop more than or equal to €99.99 The cost of shipping is calculated during the payment phase, in the next phase to the cart with the list of selected products. As you can see in the cart at the bottom we find the item "Subtotal" which indicates the total cost of the products and immediately below we find the item "Taxes included and shipping costs calculated at the time of payment" which indicates that the Subtotal must be added to the shipping cost, which for example in Italy is € 4.50 (if the threshold of € 50.00 is exceeded, shipping is free).

HOW ARE DELIVERIES MANAGED?

The products ordered online are packaged using recycled materials with Opificio Fred branding and are then entrusted to the courier.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track the status of your order using a tracking number which you will find in your confirmation email. If you want to find out the tracking number of your order, contact us via email at info@opificiofred.com.

HOW DO I MAKE AN ONLINE ORDER?

To make an online order, head to the ‘Shop’ section of our website. Click on the product you’d like to purchase to go to the product page and see all details and technical information. Choose your format, insert the quantity and add the product to your cart. Head to the checkout, filling in all relevant fields for your address and pre-selected payment method. After sending your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all information about your order, as well as your delivery status.

IS IT REQUIRED TO PUT PHONE NUMBER WHEN PURCHASING?

It is required, this is because it is necessary to the forwarder in case he should contact you for the shipment or in case there is some problem about it. It is therefore a very important data, which will obviously be treated with extreme confidentiality according to the criteria of the Privacy Policy.

HOW DO I FIND A PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE?

You can search for the product you’re looking for within our site by typing into the search box on our homepage. The products are divided into collections. If you can’t find the product you’re looking for, you can contact customer service at info@opificiofred.com.

CAN I FIND OUT WHETHER MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?

Yes. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email containing all the details of your order.

HOW CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER?

To change an order you must contact us with an email or live chat on the site, no later than 30 minutes after the conclusion of the order itself. The order number (#1...) and the change to be made must be indicated. We reserve the right not to make the change, if this is requested after the order has already been sent to the warehouse.If the difference in monetary terms is in favor of the customer, we will refund that amount. If instead it is in favor of Opificio Fred, we will give indications on how to continue.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

The return can be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the product itself, if it follows our return policies.
If so, this is the procedure to follow:

Step 1: send an email to info@opificiofred.com no later than 14 days after receiving the product with the subject "Return order #1..."
br/>Step 2: indicate in the email the order number, the product you want to return and the reason

Step 3: you will receive an email approving/rejecting the return (according to our return policies) with the necessary indications to continue
br/>Step 4: we will have to go to the nearest/preferred shipping office and send the package (use our box if possible) to the address indicated

Step 5: when we will receive the package and only after having verified its integrity, we will proceed with the refund of the/of the items/s returned/s

HOW DO I CREATE MY OPIFICIO FRED ACCOUNT?

Create your own account Opificio Fred is very useful to manage your subscription to one or more products and also to have the situation of your orders under control.

Creating it is very easy. Just click on the little man icon at the top of the site where there is the menu and then click on the bottom on Create Account.
br/>It will open the page Create Account in which we will enter Name, Surname, Email and Password and finally click on Create. You will receive an email confirming the creation of the account and you can immediately check the status of your orders.

WHERE CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY ACCOUNT?

You can change the shipping address for your orders by logging into your Opificio Fred account. To do so, just click on the little man in the other right on the site (both from pc and smartphone) and enter the email (the one used during the purchase) and the password of your account.

At this point in "Account Details" click on the button "View Addresses" and we can edit/delete an address entered in the past, or we can add a new shipping address associated with our account.If you no longer remember your account password, just click on "Forgot your password?" enter the email of your account and receive the email immediately in order to choose a new password.

At this point redo the procedure to access the account and follow the instructions above.If you have not yet created the account, just click on "Create Account" and enter the required data and then click on "Create" and then log in to our account and follow the instructions above..

WHERE CAN I FIND PAST ORDERS?

You can find orders placed in the past by logging into your Opificio Fred account. To do so, just click on the little man in the other right on the site (both from pc and smartphone) and enter the email (the one used during the purchase) and the password of your account. We will find the detail of all the orders made up to that moment.

If you no longer remember your password, just click on "Forgot your password?" enter the email of your account and receive the email immediately in order to choose a new password.

At this point we go back to the procedure to access the account, and we will find the details of the orders made.If the account has not been created yet, just click on "Create Account" and enter the required data and then click on "Create" and then access our account where we will find the detail of the orders made.

Payments

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

At Opificio Fred’s website, you can pay via: Credit or debit card from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express; Rechargeable credit cards; Satispay; PayPal.

WHEN WILL THE ORDER VALUE BE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT?

The price of your order will be taken from your account once the necessary checks have been carried out on your credit card, the product availability has been confirmed, and the delivery has been finalized. Your account will be debited in Euros.

IF MY PAYMENT DOESN’T GO THROUGH, SHOULD I PLACE A NEW ORDER?

If you receive an email from us telling you that your order has been cancelled, it may be because you didn’t insert your details correctly, or because there may be a problem with your payment method. If the order has been cancelled, you can place a new order online, or contact our customer service at info@opificiofred.com.

WHAT ARE ‘VERIFIED BY VISA’ AND ‘MASTERCARD SECURE CODE’ SYSTEMS?

In order to combat credit card fraud, Visa and Mastercard have developed two security systems called, respectively, Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. These systems allow the credit card owners to authorize payments on the internet through a password-protected authentication. The card owner has to request a ‘Verified’ or ‘Secure Code’ certificate from their provider, adhering to the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code protocols. The card is assigned a password made known only to the credit card owner.
