Produced from natural violet infusion
Obtained from hand-picked wild flowers on our Alps, both petals and roots are used, to which we add a very fine grain distillate.
On the palate it is sweet, but in perfect balance with the floral scents that distinguish it without ever being intrusive and incredibly elegant. Thickness, warmth and the right roundness make it a superior category Violet.
Excellent to drink alone, preferably cold or with ice together with dessert.
Made according to an ancient Italian recipe, with a touch of modernity.
